There is a 3 night minimum rental. Maximum 6 Guests Per Cottage. No pets/No smoking. No parties or unregistered guests on the property.

We are on few different platforms. Send your request. Prime dates book up fast. We book out a year in advance.

All reservations require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to your check-in date.

At the time of your deposit, please ensure that you review the House Rules and Rental Agreement. By submitting your deposit and confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to abide by the House Rules and Rental Agreement for the duration of your stay.

Once everything has been confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation. After the remaindeer of the deposit has been paid, you will recieve address and detailed information regarding your stay. Two weeks prior to your stay, you will receive an email to confirm your guest, and a $500 security deposit will be requested, along with a request for identification.

You will receive your keyless entry code along with detailed instructions on how to access the cottage prior to your arrival.

Please note that the area has limited cellular service, so we recommend taking a screenshot of the directions and access instructions before you begin your trip to ensure you can easily locate the cottage.

Please let us know in advance if there is anything specific you may need for your stay and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that furniture not be moved. If you use the kayaks, please return them to their designated area after each use. If beach items are taken down to the water, please return them to the cottage when you are finished.

Please also respect any fire bans that may be in effect during your stay.
